Clinical nurse coordinators provide leadership on every shift, facilitating daily huddles, managing patient flow, and rounding on patients. The nurse manager maintains a strong presence on the unit, actively engaging with staff and patients daily. Minimum 2 Manager or Charge References within the past 2 years Certifications should be listed on application at time of submittal BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications must be via American Heart Association, if the Certification is required by the unit.
