a Registered Nurse Clinical Director to join our vastly growing

- To plan, organize, develop and direct the delivery of home
health care services in accordance with current federal, state and
local regulations as well as Advantage policy and procedures.
- To ensure the provision of the highest quality care to patients
and families.
- To demonstrate leadership in achieving the mission of
Advantage.
- Manages the quality, cost and compliance for the team of
clinicians and patients.
- Collaborates with Corporate Finance and leads monthly budget
and volume target review.
- Collaborates with corporate team, executive management, and
peer Clinical Directors to identify opportunities for innovation,
improvement, and growth.
- Plans and facilitates weekly Clinical Case Conferences.
- Provides oversight to Clinical Supervisor on the daily
operations of the office.
- Fills in for Clinical Supervisor in their absence.
- Completes weekly scheduling with Clinical Supervisor and
assures preparation/follow up of call schedule.
- Conducts staff meetings and provides team member education on
clinical and corporate updates.
- Assists with HR functions including recruiting, hiring,
orienting, developing, managing performance and retaining team
members.
- Directs the orientation and mentorship of new team
members.
- Conducts RN Supervisory visits.
- Conducts periodic reviews of new hire performance with the
Clinical Supervisor and HR and ensures performance goals are set
once out of orientation.
- Conducts annual performance reviews with Clinical
Supervisor.
- Responsible for weekly staff check-in and oversight of visit
utilization.
- Conducts the final audit of semi-monthly payroll, expense
reimbursement and billing processes prior to submission by Clinical
Supervisor.
- Ensures office is in compliance with federal, state and local
regulations. Maintains knowledge of industry regulations, QAPI and
company policy and procedures.
- Assures ongoing assessment of patient/family needs and
implementation of interdisciplinary team plan of care and assures
physician approval of plans for continuity of care.
- Develops a cooperative relationship and communicates
effectively and professionally with the physicians.
- Conducts patient case conferences, in-services, staff meetings
and maintains documentation; participates in community education
projects.
- Assures that patients plan of care are developed, implemented,
and updated.
- Investigates and reports any problem relating care or
conditions which might harm the patient and/or employee
well-being.
- Creates the On-Call and Admin On Call schedules.
- Participates in Admin On-Call rotation.

- An active RN license in the state in which practicing
- Previous Supervisory Experience Preferred
- Critical Care Experience Preferred
- 5+ years of Healthcare experience preferably in Home
Health
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of PA.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Healthcare regulations
- Knowledge of Agency's policies and procedures
- Ability to supervise, guide, and develop skills and performance
of service personnel
- Ability to exercise independent judgementAbout
