About the Role: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Tax Specialist to support their Payroll Tax Accountant. This role will focus on processing complex payroll corrections, assisting with amended returns, and working directly with tax agencies and internal clients to resolve issues and maintain compliance. Key Responsibilities for Payroll Tax Specialist: Assist the Payroll Tax Accountant in managing payroll tax functions. The Payroll Tax Specialist will process payroll corrections and amendments as needed. Research and resolve tax discrepancies and notices. Communicate with tax agencies to ensure timely resolution of issues. The Payroll Tax Specialist will provide support to internal clients with payroll tax-related inquiries. Qualifications for Payroll Tax Specialist: Payroll experience preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with payroll tax laws and multi-state filings is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills INJUN2025 ZRCFS
