Details Join a dedicated workers’ compensation defense team
Represent employers, insurance carriers, and TPAs in hearings,
mediations, and depositions Draft motions, pleadings, and trial
briefs Evaluate medical records, conduct IMEs, and develop expert
strategies Handle all phases of litigation from pre-trial through
appeal Advise on compliance, reserving strategies, and self-insured
program issues Looking For: J.D. and licensed to practice in
Pennsylvania Minimum 2 years of workers’ compensation experience
