Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information to clients. A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide them with the highest level of service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and any mortgage-specific software.
