ACCOUNTING MANAGER Wexford, PA $80K-90K Bonus We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Accounting Manager to take full ownership of the accounting function for a stable and growing organization. Bonus plan - Be rewarded for your impact Competitive vacation package - We value work-life balance Generous 401(k) match - We invest in your future Opportunity to truly own the department and make your mark Supportive leadership and collaborative culture OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER ROLE: Manage the full accounting cycle, including GL, month-end close, financial statement prep, and reconciliations Lead all audit-related activities and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors Oversee and maintain banking relationships and cash management Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with GAAP Partner with leadership on process improvements and strategic initiatives PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER: 5 years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the accounting function Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills CPA or public accounting background is a plus, but not required
