for advancement. OVERVIEW OF THE SENIOR TAX ASSOCIATE ROLE: Prepare
and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations,
partnerships, and trusts. Conduct tax research and stay updated on
changes in tax laws to provide innovative and accurate solutions.
Assist with tax planning strategies to optimize client outcomes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior tax staff, fostering
their professional development. Manage multiple client engagements,
ensuring quality and timely delivery. Collaborate with clients to
gather necessary financial data and address inquiries. PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR TAX ASSOCIATE: Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification or
progress towards completion is strongly preferred. 3-5 years of tax
experience in public accounting. Proficiency in tax preparation
software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
