SENIOR ACCOUNTANT Canonsburg, PA $70,000- $85,000 Hybrid Senior Accountant-100%Paid Employee Health Insurance-Great Benefits-Salary up to $85,000 My client, a booming construction industry company, is adding a hybrid Senior Accountant due to growth. The company is in a high acquisition mode. The salary is up to $85,000. 100% paid employee health insurance. Flexible starting times. Laid back culture. Permanent direct hire. Must have accrual accounting experience. Overview of the Senior Accountant: The Senior Accountant will perform accounting for multiple sites including month end close, reconciliations, journal entries, cash management, variance reporting, etc. Record daily cash transactions including ACH, manual checks, and deposits. Assist with AP and AR as needed. Complete financial coding of credit card transactions. Process purchase orders/receipts within ERP system. Assist with the annual 1099 production process. Assist with capital expenditure process, monthly reconciliation and annual roll forward. Submission of local, state, and federal tax filings and compliance. Manage intercompany transactions and support internal and external audit. Senior Accountant Qualifications: Bachelor Degree Experience working with multiple locations is a plus. Understand AP, AR, banking, and payroll reconciliations Knowledge of inventory control, variance, budget, and reconciliations
