AP/AR Supervisor Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) $65,000- $80,000 We are seeking an experienced AR/AP Supervisor. This role will oversee the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience improving processes within a dynamic accounting department. OVERVIEW OF THE AR/AP SUPERVISOR ROLE: Supervise and support the AR and AP teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Oversee cash applications, reconciliations, and vendor payments. Develop and implement policies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the AR/AP processes. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow. Prepare reports and analyses related to accounts payable and receivable activities. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AR/AP SUPERVISOR: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). 5 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. LI-BN2 LI-Hybrid
