Job Description Job Description Temp W2 Support Clerk (Tax Season) LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Temp W?2 Support Clerk to provide high?volume, customer?focused assistance to our clients' individuals who need help retrieving or understanding their W?2 forms during tax season. This role is phone? and email heavily, requiring excellent communication, accuracy, and the ability to follow verification protocols while handling sensitive information. This position mirrors the inbound?call support structure used in your Benefits Hotline roles, but with a narrowed scope focused on W?2 access, delivery troubleshooting, and wage?statement questions. Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15222 - Onsite Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria. Employment Type: On-Site - Temporary 6 to 8 weeks - Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm Daily Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and emails from participants needing assistance accessing or receiving their W?2s. Verify caller identity following internal data?privacy and security protocols. Walk callers through portal login , password resets, troubleshooting download/view issues. Confirm W?2 mailing dates, reissue requests, and address discrepancies using internal systems. Submit tickets or escalate complex cases (missing wages, incorrect SSNs, corrections requests) to the appropriate Zenith team. Document all calls and interactions accurately in the employee/participant record. Support general year?end tasks such as confirming contact information, assisting with portal navigation, and queue management. Maintain confidentiality of all tax?related and personal identifying information. Qualifications 1 year of customer service or call?center experience; experience handling sensitive data strongly preferred. Comfort navigating HRIS, payroll portals, or benefit portals. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain steps clearly over the phone. High attention to detail with exceptional documentation accuracy. Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism during peak demand. Must be able to work onsite in downtown Pittsburgh during standard business hours. High school diploma required; additional HR/payroll experience is a plus.
