About the Opportunity Our growing Insurance Coverage team is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of experience to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in insurance coverage analysis, coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and/or insurance litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic, collaborative team that represents national and regional insurers across a wide range of complex coverage matters. Responsibilities Analyze insurance policies and draft comprehensive coverage opinions Assist with complex insurance coverage litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefing Draft reservation of rights and disclaimer letters Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations to clients Support senior attorneys and partners on high-value coverage matters Communicate with clients, carriers, and co-counsel professionally and effectively Requirements: Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or eligible for prompt admission) 2–3 years of insurance coverage experience required ; litigation experience a plus Strong analytical, writing, and research skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Excellent communication and client-service skills Why Join Us A supportive, team-oriented culture with professional development opportunities Opportunities for hands-on work, mentorship, and client interaction Highly competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package A growing firm with established offices across Pennsylvania
