Travel expenses will be paid.DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Revenue Tax Auditor Trainee, you will learn to conduct field audits of taxpayers to determine compliance with applicable Commonwealth of Pennsylvania laws and regulations. While in training, you will work alongside auditors, in the office and at a taxpayer's location, gathering preliminary information, contacting taxpayers to schedule audits, assisting in the pre-audit conference, examining and analyzing financial records to determine compliance and assisting in the post-audit conference.This position will require you to travel to audit sites within the Commonwealth and you will also be required to travel out-of-state for audits. Out-of-state travel could be up to a two-week period at a time.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
