2009, InterTrauma is a revolutionary staffing company for Acute
Care and Trauma Surgeons. It provides call coverage for trauma
centers, and leverages technology to provide high quality care,
while overcoming many of the challenges typically encountered with
a locums assignment. About the Role: We are looking for an
Administrative Assistant with previous administrative experience to
support our Altoona Office with day-to-day tasks. This position
will be based out of the Altoona, PA office. As an Administrative
Assistant you will: Answer the office phone and schedule phone
appointments and phone interviews; Coordinate team member
schedules; Coordinate travel for providers; Check office emails;
Maintain up to date JACHO requirements in providers--- binders;
Assist with invoicing and payroll; Order supplies; Who We Need Our
ideal Administrative Assistant will possess the following
experience and skills: Minimum of 2 years--- experience in an
administrative role; High School Diploma or GED; Experience with
Microsoft Office and Google Drive; Previous experience working in
the healthcare field preferred; Excellent communication skills,
