Summary Maintain all production, support and auxiliary equipment.
Perform all preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs
for all equipment and facilities. Monitor and maintain all
production equipment. Set-up of molds while recording maintenance
activities. Job Duties Make checks on all machines, robots and
auxiliary equipment in production. Perform and record all repairs
made to equipment, Monitor and maintain daily, weekly and monthly
preventative maintenance as required on production
equipment/building maintenance. Insure all mechanical, electrical
and hydraulic safeties are working properly and consistently. Keep
the shop and work area clean. Initiative to fix or report any
potential problems that may arise. Qualifications
Understand/interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and
mechanical drawings and specifications. Knowledge of electrical
principals and theory of operation. PLC (Programmable Logic
Controls) troubleshooting. Work with low/high and live voltage
electrical systems per OSHA and NFPA 70 standards. Competencies
Manufacturing Safety High School Diploma or Equivalent
