BECOMING OUR EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN Schedule: Full-time position based in Pittsburgh, PA Initial training in Morgantown, WV (90 days or less) before transitioning to Pittsburgh Flexible schedule based on client needs and service calls Day-to-Day: As our Experienced HVAC Technician, your day is all about delivering top-notch HVAC solutions while building trust with homeowners. You'll start by assessing each client's unique needs, offering expert advice, and delivering customized solutions with precision and care. Diagnosing and repairing heating and air conditioning systems will be second nature to you, but what sets you apart is your ability to educate and connect with homeowners, ensuring they feel confident in their choices. You'll also mentor junior technicians, sharing your expertise to elevate the entire team. With our ongoing training and supportive environment, you'll have everything you need to excel in your role and maximize your earning potential.
