Seasonal Layoffs Location: Pittsburgh, PA & Surrounding Areas Pay:
$25 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM

leaks, clogs, etc.) Electrical troubleshooting (switches, outlets,
lighting) Drywall repair, painting, and general carpentry Basic
HVAC maintenance (no certification required) Complete work orders
using a mobile device Help with groundskeeping and common area
upkeep Participate in a shared on-call rotation for emergencies Why

Requirements: 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience preferred
Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part
of a team Strong troubleshooting skills Willingness to take part in
an on-call rotation Valid driver's license, car insurance, and
