Role and Responsibilities: Commercial maintenance in office buildings. Preventative maintenance. Grounds maintenance. Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting. Customer service. Rotating On-Call. May be eligible for an on-call bonus! Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation. High School Diploma/GED.
