Well-established real estate company in search of call center representatives to join their growing team! Searching for individuals with strong customer service skills and computer proficiency. This position offers healthcare coverage, flexible schedules, and weekly pay. Must be local to Pittsburgh! Responsibilities: - Take incoming phone calls in regards to maintenance related issues. - Create work orders in database and dispatch personnel to resolve customer concerns. - Ensure customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner Requirements: - Strong customer service skills - restaurant and retail experience welcome, prior call center experience preferred - Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly If you are looking for a position where you can utilize your customer service skills, apply today!
