HIGH SCHOOL ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL
ALTOONA AREA HIGH SCHOOL
Immediate 12-month opening for dedicated administrator to join our team, which serves approximately 2,200 students. Ability to serve as an educational leader and assist with responsible operation of the school complex. Must possess Principal K-12 or Superintendents Letter of Eligibility PDE Certification; prior administrative experience preferred, not required; demonstrated record of effective leadership required.
Altoona Area High School
is one of the state's best-equipped high schools with a comprehensive curriculum to match. It is also the site for many special events, concerts and athletic contests that are well-attended by residents of the community. A new High School annex was completed in the summer of 2020.
