Job Description Job Description Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Education, Special Education, or Visual Impairments, active Teacher
of the Visually Impaired certification and 1 years Teacher of the
Visually Impaired experience required. Applicants who do not meet
these qualifications will not be considered. A school district in
Bentleyville, PA is seeking a Licensed Visually Impaired Teacher to
provide specialized educational services for students with visual
impairments. This is a contract position supporting a K-12
itinerant caseload with onsite responsibilities. Key
Qualifications: - Valid teaching license for Visual Impairment or
equivalent certification - Experience working with students who
have visual impairments across K-12 grade levels - Ability to
manage and deliver itinerant services within the school environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively
with students, families, and school personnel Location: -
Bentleyville, Pennsylvania - Onsite work with itinerant service
delivery across multiple schools within the district
Responsibilities: - Provide direct instruction and support tailored
to the unique needs of students with visual impairments - Develop
individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with
multidisciplinary teams - Utilize adaptive technology and materials
to enhance learning experiences - Monitor student progress and
maintain accurate documentation - Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and other professionals to promote inclusive education
