(COTA) license, and 1 years Certified Occupational Therapy
Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Seeking Certified
Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) for school-based contract
positions in Mifflin, Juniata, and Fulton Counties, PA. These
full-time or part-time roles support K-12 students in elementary
and other school settings within the Tuscarora Intermediate Unit 11
region. The main office is located in McVeytown, PA. Key Details: -
Position type: Contract, CSY (Current School Year) - Start date:
ASAP - End date: June 19, 2026 - Locations: Multiple school
districts in Mifflin, Juniata, and Fulton Counties, PA - Work
hours: Full-time or part-time opportunities available - Caseload:
K-12 students (varies by location) - Setting: School-based
environment, primarily in elementary schools - Credentials: Must
meet state COTA licensure requirements Responsibilities: - Provide
occupational therapy support and interventions to students across
K-12 grade levels - Collaborate with educators, therapists, and
families to develop and implement individualized education plans
(IEPs) - Document and track student progress in compliance with
state and school policies - Adapt therapy activities to meet the
diverse needs of students within the school setting - Participate
in meetings and consultations with school staff and parents as
needed Qualifications: - Current and valid state licensure as a
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Experience working with
children in school environments preferred - Strong communication
and teamwork skills - Ability to manage a variable caseload and
