Civil Engineering Project Manager – Transportation Location:
Hybrid | Multiple Office Locations Salary Range: $95,000 – $130,000
(commensurate with experience and qualifications) A leading

Engineering Project Manager to oversee transportation projects and
ensure successful delivery from concept to completion. This
position requires a hands-on leader with deep technical knowledge
in civil and transportation engineering, project management
experience, and a passion for building sustainable,

Key Responsibilities: Manage transportation engineering projects
including highways, structures, and traffic systems. Oversee
project scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, invoicing, and
quality control. Serve as the main liaison for clients, regulatory
agencies, and internal teams. Prepare construction bid packages and
direct internal design staff. Lead project communications and
coordinate with vendors and subcontractors. Mentor junior engineers
and contribute to team development and knowledge-sharing. Support
proposal development and business growth efforts. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 8–15 years of transportation engineering experience;
prior project management preferred. Licensure: Active Professional
Engineer (PE) license. Technical Skills: Proficiency in
MicroStation, P&ID interpretation, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Project Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards, safety
regulations, and bid preparation. Professional Competencies: Strong
leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented
with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Effective communicator with a commitment to client service and
continuous improvement. Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable
