| Frederick, MD | $19–$22/hr We’re looking for a motivated Junior
Field Service Technician to join a growing team. This position
involves installing, diagnosing, and repairing various types of
mechanical and pump systems. Ideal candidates have hands-on
experience in construction, automotive, electrical, HVAC, or

Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on
mechanical systems Read and interpret wiring schematics and control
panels Provide excellent customer service during field visits
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service Complete
installations and troubleshoot technical issues Requirements: High
school diploma or GED Prior hands-on experience in construction,
automotive, electrical, HVAC, or pumps Ability to read wiring
schematics and troubleshoot issues Strong customer service and
communication skills Ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently
after initial onboarding Valid driver’s license and clean driving
