Earn a competitive annual salary of $75,000 to $199,000 , including hourly wage , performance incentives , commissions , and bonuses . ABOUT THIS HEATING AND COOLING ROLE Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed. Our "flex-time" options allow for alternate schedules to fit your lifestyle. Location: Pittsburgh, PA, with the potential to work in Morgantown, WV, or relocate as we expand our footprint. As an HVAC Technician - Service Tech, your day starts with diagnosing and assessing HVAC systems with precision. You provide clients with detailed quotes and estimates, guiding them through repair options, IAQ products, maintenance plans, and upgrades. Your expertise shines as you handle repairs, enhancements, and finalize sales, all while generating valuable leads for our comfort advisors. Flexibility is key when it comes to your schedule, but you always leave feeling rewarded and satisfied with your job well done! Minimum Requirements: If you are willing to move to Morgantown and work there as needed or for the time being until our office in Pittsburgh is open (and you fit the following requirements), we want to hear from you!
