Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Certified Welder Instructor Coraopolis, PA | Daylight Shift (Monday–Friday) | $28–$30/hr (BOE) Are you a skilled welder with a passion for teaching and developing the next generation of talent? We’re looking for a Certified Welder Instructor to join a growing team in the Coraopolis area. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role while staying hands-on in the trade. What You’ll Do: Train and mentor students/employees in welding techniques and safety practices Provide hands-on instruction in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes Evaluate weld quality and provide constructive feedback Develop and follow structured training programs and lesson plans Ensure all training meets industry standards and certifications Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training environment What We’re Looking For: Certified Welder (AWS or equivalent preferred) Strong background in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding Previous training, teaching, or mentorship experience highly preferred Ability to clearly communicate and demonstrate techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable transportation What’s In It for You: Competitive pay: $28–$30/hour based on experience Daylight schedule – no nights or weekends!
