Mechanical Products Engineering Manager, you will implement
standards contained in Westinghouse "Codes of Conduct". You will
inform all employees reporting to this position about the standards
and related policies and enforce them within this supervised
activity. You will report to the Director of Component Engineering
and be located at Cranberry, PA with the flexibility to work in a
hybrid capacity. Key Responsibilities: Manage and allocate global
resources and materials to support the Departments. Focus on
development of special projects using a combination of direct and
matrix resources. Implement personnel performance improvement and
skills development process to develop adequately trained and
qualified resources to implement projects. Communicate with all
levels of management internally and externally to respond to
emergent plant challenges. Identify cost savings plans.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a
related technical discipline required. 10 years strong and
progressively more responsible leadership experience. We prefer
experience managing engineering teams. Gather and analyze input,
evaluate alternatives, and make decisions. We are committed to

salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience,
qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130 to $ 163 per
