Security Clearance: None/Not Required We are looking for a skilled
and detail-oriented Mechanical Repair Technician responsible for
performing complex overhauls, rework, and repairs on a wide range
of aircraft equipment and components. This role ensures the
continuous flow of operations by executing precision maintenance
tasks in both standard and non-standard environments. Utilizes
technical expertise to diagnose issues, restore functionality, and
maintain the highest standards of safety, performance, and
regulatory compliance. Ideal for a technician who thrives in
dynamic conditions and takes pride in supporting mission-critical
aerospace operations. What you will do: Assembles fabricated parts,
components or units at floor stations. Tests and calibrates parts
and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Uses
hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product
specifications. Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance
levels, repairs as necessary. Conducts inspection of incoming
assemblies/components in accordance with established procedures and
technical data. Responsible for performing complete operation
checkouts, modifications, disassembly, repairs, reassembly, test
calibrations, diagnoses, and correction of problems. Follows repair
and return processes to ensure high quality and short cycle time of
repair and return. Sets up necessary repair and test facilities.
Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires HS diploma (or
equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical
education in related discipline Qualifications We Prefer: Must be
able to lift up to 25lbs. Comfortable standing for large portions
of the day. Basic computer skills & knowledge of computer programs
(Word, Excel, Windows, etc.) Repair experience. Manufacturing
