dependable and efficient in all we do. Job Summary Entry to
Intermediate level engineer responsible for routine, technical work
to support air quality permitting and regulatory compliance. This
position will work closely with our existing air team on renewals
of existing sites air permits, and regulatory-required air
reporting including air emission inventories, deviation reporting,
and compliance certifications. The Environmental Engineer will also
work with the environmental compliance team to assist with
day-to-day air compliance and provide air support to operations,
engineering, and project management. Key Accountabilities Assists
in the compiling and reviewing for submittals of air permit
applications for sites located within DTM’s footprint, including
both gathering and transmission facilities across the northeast,
southern and midwestern states. Assist in discussions with state
and federal regulatory agencies to negotiates flexible air permits.
Assists in compiling, reviewing and submitting air emission
inventories to various state agencies. Assists in compiling,
reviewing and submitting deviation reports and annual compliance
certifications to various state agencies and EPA. Assist in data
gathering and reviews regarding the development of greenhouse gas
emission calculations for the company footprint for sustainability
reporting and reporting to various trade organizations. Assists in
presentations of air quality-related projects to all levels of
management & external parties (contractors, customers, etc.).
Assists with plans to manage air project workflow to meet budgets
and schedules. Assisting in representing the company on air quality
issues with regulatory agencies and industry groups. Demonstrates a
basic understanding and interpretation of air quality laws and
regulations. Performs all other related duties as assigned. Minimum
Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Environmental Science or job-related discipline 3
years of related experience (Level II) Possess and maintain a valid
driver’s license Other Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office
programs, primarily Excel and Word. Basic analytical and
problem-solving skills. Strong time management, prioritization, and
organization skills. Proficient communication and people skills.

to adjust focus. Working Conditions While performing the duties of
this job, the employee works both in a business office setting and
at a project site. In the course of working at the project site,
the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions,
including cold/hot, wet and/or humid conditions, and may work near
moving mechanical parts and/or machinery. The employee is
occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration
(see physical requirements above). The noise level in the work
environment is usually quiet to moderate in the office, but may
become loud at the project site.
