Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service, quotations, and general office work. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries Provide insurance quotations Document and update customer records based on interactions Perform general office work --- Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor and dress Excellent written and verbal communication skills Property & Casualty insurance license required Company Description Small property and casualty insurance agency with 65% commercial/35% personal mix of business. Large number of companies for all lines with very competitive rates. Our goal is to do the best we can to help our clients and grow the business.
