Ideal candidate will be an RN Administrator for Hospice, looking to grow their career and have managed multiple sites or a larger patient census. As a member of our hospice team, you'll provide oversight to those that are providing a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.What you'll do:

• Primarily responsible for supporting hospice operations within an area, while also establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable law and regulation, contract provisions, as well as applicable government guidelines; as well as the implementation of an effective budgeting and fiscal operations and achievement of financial goals.
• Establishes, implements and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy. What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare related field or equivalent work experience and training.
  • Three (3) years experience in health care management within the last five (5) years.
  • Experience in hospice, palliative care OR related clinical operations.
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in health care or related field.
    • Licensed as an RN within assigned state/territory, BSN preferred.
    • Management or Leadership experience within the Hospice care. What we offer:
