The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising, scheduling,cooking for 120 residents and be Serv Safe Certified. Responsibilities:- Assist the Director in managing the daily operations of the dietary department, monthly scheduling of dietary staff, ordering, preparing meals for 120 residents, and supervising the dietary staff. This is a working supervisor position; you will be working along side the dietary staff.
