7 am - 3:30 pm shifts Monday through Friday 13 - 15 procedures per
day with consistent daily volume Outpatient procedures only 3:1
upper to lower procedure mix with ~10% ERCP ERCP valued but not
required Flexible scheduling options including week on/off
rotations 6-month initial guarantee We negotiate better pay and
