Job Description:
Exciting opportunity to join a team of highly motivated and
energized professionals. Must be able to function at a high level
with little oversight on a Monday - Friday day shift schedule,
coordinate and provide nursing care, training, education and home
support needed for patients, work collaboratively and develop
relationships with team members, new staff and skilled nursing home
facility representatives.BS or AA/diploma in Nursing with at least
12 months recent hemodialysis experience. Must have reliable daily
transportation, current BLS certification, able to travel to local
area sites and lift up to 50 pounds.
