A hospital in Altoona, PA is now accepting applications for a board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join a growing multi-specialty team of physicians in a financially strong and thriving world-class health system. Their cardiology team includes two Interventional Cardiologists, vascular and cardiothoracic surgeons, and a strong AP and NP support staff. The cath labs, located in the hospital, served over 3,000 patients a year. The team performed it's 1,000th Watchman in August 2022. The outpatient clinic is in a spacious medical mall located 1.5 miles from the hospital. Altoona is a thriving community with excellent schools and a low cost of living.
