  • Successfully completed NAPLEX required
  • Proficiency in Epic HER, Experience in hazardous drug handling, USP 800
  • BLS
  • EHR:-- Epic
  • BS Pharm or PharmD
  • Board certified oncology pharmacist preferred
  • At least 2 years in oncology setting, Knowledge of Epic Beacon preferred
