Assesses, plans,---implements---and evaluates activities necessary to achieve---optimal---patient outcomes.---Provides---population specific care to meet the developmental needs of those patients we serve (adolescent, adult, and geriatric).---The nurse, in conjunction with the---Manager---of Patient Care Services, participates in performance excellence initiatives that are focused on improving patient care and outcomes.------ - -Minimum Qualifications: -Graduate of a School of Nursing, College or University -Graduate of a School of Nursing with a Temporary Practice Permit or a PA RN license that is active and in good standing -CPR Certification within 30 days of hire.
