Community LIFE is dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support to older adults (55+) living in the community. We are adding an On-Call RN position to our team.Schedule: On-Call from 3:30pm to 8:30am Monday-Friday, and 24 hours a day on weekends. EVERY OTHER WEEK ONLY. This position will be considered full time and will be paid a full-time salary for working every other week. This position requires the ability to arrive at our participants homes within one hour of receiving a call.Locations: Bedford, PA and surrounding communitiesKey Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, advise, teach, and coordinate care for older adult participantsEvaluate participants for episodic illness after business hours in collaboration with the ProviderDocument care provided and changes in participant's condition in a timely mannerProvide nursing care and prescribed treatmentsDemonstrate nursing care to participants and caregivers/familiesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Graduated from an accredited nursing schoolMinimum of one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population, preferably in long term care, home care, or community healthExperience in teaching patients and other healthcare workers is preferredRegistered Nurse licensed in the state of PennsylvaniaPossess a valid PA Drivers LicenseBenefits:Paid Time Off & Paid HolidaysMedical, Dental and Vision insuranceLife InsuranceLong Term Disability InsuranceAutomatic Contribution to a 403(b) retirement planTuition ReimbursementMileage Reimbursement at the federal rateUniform AllowanceDAILY PAY AVAILABLEby Jobble
