You'll work alongside physical, occupational, and speech therapists to help patients meet recovery goals and transition to greater independence. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver direct nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting - Monitor patient progress and assist with daily mobility and therapy routines - Administer medications and manage wound care, catheters, and IVs - Educate patients and families on home care and recovery planning - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized rehab plans - Document care and communicate effectively across shifts Requirements: - Active RN license (Compact license preferred) - BLS certification required - Minimum 1 year of recent Rehab or Med Surg nursing experience - Strong clinical skills and patient motivation techniques - Excellent communication and documentation skills At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
