Needed: Ongoing (as soon as credentialed) 5 x 8's, 4x10's or 3x12s
Schedule at the discretion of the site. Guaranteed Work Week = 36
hoursMust be available for 2 days per week or 2 weeks per month at
a minimum9 AM - 9 PM, 7 PM - 7 AM, 3 PM - 11 PM, 14's 16'sSupport
Staff/Supervision: Medical direction, MD, care team 1:3 Case Mix:
Ortho, general, plastics, trauma, hearts, heads, peds, vascular,
carotids, and OB Active License: PA License; APRN or RN: RN only
state Certifications: ACLS BLS & PA Child Abuse requirement for
license Experience Required: 5 years of CRNA experience The
