Job Description Job Description Urogynecologist Position Overview: We are seeking a fellowship-trained Urogynecologist with expertise in minimally invasive procedures for prolapse and incontinence surgery to join our Women’s Institute. This role encompasses both inpatient and outpatient consultations, utilizing advanced surgical technologies, including the Da Vinci system. Please note that this position does not involve prenatal care or obstetrics. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology and possess a valid medical license in Pennsylvania. Our organization is actively looking for a fellowship-trained Urogynecologist to enhance our team in the North Pittsburgh area. Key Responsibilities: Perform minimally invasive surgeries for prolapse and incontinence. Utilize the Da Vinci surgical system. Conduct both inpatient and outpatient consultations. Manage an average of 16 patient visits per day in the clinic. Note: No involvement in prenatal care or obstetrics. Qualifications: Completion of an ACGME accredited Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency. Completion of an ACGME accredited Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery Fellowship. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Possession of a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree. Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania prior to starting the position.
