We are seeking compassionate and skilled professionals to join our Community-Based Program, providing essential mental health services to those in need. Required Skills: Valid medical license to practice psychiatry in Pennsylvania Proven experience in diagnosing and treating dual diagnoses and mental health conditions Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Ability to work independently and demonstrate clinical judgment in community settings Familiarity with IDD populations and community-based mental health services Nice to Have Skills: Experience working with IDD populations in community or outpatient settings Additional certifications in psychiatry or behavioral health Bilingual abilities or proficiency in additional languages Knowledge of state and federal mental health regulations and compliance Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Active Pennsylvania medical license Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in psychiatry, preferably in community or IDD settings Other Requirements: Up to 10 hours per week, with flexible shift times between 07:00 and 19:00 Availability for site engagement, including at least 1 minute per month Mandatory participation in Monday/Wednesday/Friday morning meetings Willingness to work in a community-based environment, providing community outreach and assessment Valid DEA registration and appropriate malpractice insurance Ability to perform in a fast-paced setting with community individuals Excited to elevate mental health services and support underserved populations?
