Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Morgantown, WV Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,306 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Morgantown, West Virginia, 26505! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 year License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; ONS chemo/bio certification preferred Must-Have: IV start experience required Experience in administering chemotherapy preferred Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse for a medical surgical oncology unit. Experience in oncology preferred but not required. Shifts will be on nights, with a schedule of either three 12-hour shifts or four 12-hour shifts. Weekdays and every other weekend will be required. Contract length is 13 weeks, with the possibility of extension. Candidates must hold current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. ONS chemo/bio certification is preferred. Patient ratios are approximately 1:5-6. Experience with Cerner charting system is preferred. Candidates should have a solid understanding of handling oncology patients. Skills in IV management and starting IVs are essential. The unit has support from various interdisciplinary teams. Candidates are expected to engage in patient and family education and support. Attendance and reliability are critical to this role. The facility will tolerate limited call-offs during the contract period.
