LocumJobsNetwork is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified
Neurology MD in Altoona, Pennsylvania, 16601! We are seeking a
board-certified Neurologist for a 30-day locum tenens assignment in
Pennsylvania starting Mar 2, 2026. This role offers weekday clinic
shifts (8 or 10 hours) with flexible scheduling two weeks per
month. The Neurologist will manage a diverse patient mix, including
general neurology, multiple sclerosis, migraine, and seizure cases.
Job Details Location: Pennsylvania Start Date: Mar 2, 2026 LOA: 30
days Provider Type Needed: Neurologist Schedule: Monday–Friday;
8-hour shift (8am–4:30pm) or 10-hour shift (7am–5:30pm); two weeks
per month Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive
outpatient neurology care, including evaluation and management of
general neurology, multiple sclerosis, migraine, and seizure cases
See approximately 15–20 patients per 8-hour clinic day or 19–24
patients per 10-hour clinic day Manage both new and established
patients Accurately document in Epic EMR Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care Additional
Information Active Pennsylvania medical license required Board
certification in Neurology required Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) certification required DEA required Minimum 1 year of
