approximately 120-130 residents and maintains on-site nursing staff
to assist with daily care coordination. The facility utilizes EPIC
EMR system for comprehensive patient documentation and care

Clinician's Workday The clinician will provide comprehensive
medical care for facility residents including daily patient rounds,
admissions, and discharges. Responsibilities include managing acute
care situations, reviewing diagnostic tests, and coordinating care
for sick patients within the facility. The position requires
working independently as a solo physician while collaborating with
on-site nursing staff. Board certification in Family Medicine and
