Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered
Nurse) Specialty: Assertive Community Treatment Duration: 8 weeks
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours (8:00
AM - 4:30 PM) Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: RN License
Required Certifications: BLS (AHA) Required Must-Have: Skills to
work with individuals with mental illness in community-based
programs Description: This position will require the clinician to
drive their own vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursable. This is a
community-based program focusing on one-on-one client interactions.
The clinician will work with 4-5 clients per day. Responsibilities
include checking in medications from the pharmacy and dividing them
into one-week increments. The clinician will deliver medications to
clients in the community. Injectable medications for mental illness
will also be administered in the community. Home visits will be
included to discuss medication adherence and dietary habits. Each
client encounter will require a separate note in the electronic
health record system. A morning meeting will be conducted each
weekday. The schedule is from Monday to Friday, with no weekends,
holidays, on-call, or float requirements. The dress code is
business casual or scrubs in any color. Cancellation policy
includes a specific number of shifts for assignments. This role
focuses on medication delivery and client education regarding
