This includes conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of nursing care based on the AACN Standards. The nurse must recognize cardiac arrhythmias and manage life-threatening situations while providing care for the pediatric through geriatric populations. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Ongoing assessment of all critically ill patients to promote optimal outcomes. /n - Conducting a comprehensive health history and physical assessment. /n - Prioritizing patient problems/needs according to actual/potential threats. /n - Developing and implementing a plan of care based on ongoing assessments. /n - Managing life-threatening complications per facility policies and AACN standards. /n - Establishing interventions to maintain airway, ventilation, hemodynamic stability, and heart rhythm. /n - Maintaining and updating knowledge and skills in critical care practice. /n - Completing mandatory education and participating in annual competency fair. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Preference will be given to candidates with EPIC experience. /n - Must meet minimum qualifications for licensure, certification, and registration at all times. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
