The anesthesia department requires additional coverage to support ongoing operations. The hospital maintains standards for all surgical procedures excluding complex transplant and cardiac cases. About the Facility Location While in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania catch up on your history with all the various museums available around town like the Andy Warhol Museum. There are also amazing outdoor activities to do on a sunny day off like kayaking, hiking and the riverfront trails. About the Clinician's Workday The clinician will provide anesthesia services during 10 or 12-hour day shifts with available schedule options of 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM and 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM. The position involves managing all surgical cases except complex transplants and cardiac procedures, with preference for clinicians comfortable with obstetric cases though not required. The role operates under medical direction with no call requirements and requires board certification.
