children and adolescents. We are seeking a passionate and
experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our team and
make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their
families. Job Overview We are looking for a full-time Licensed
Behavior Analyst (LBA) with expertise in pediatric care,
school-based interventions, and behavior therapy. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior
Analysis (ABA) and a commitment to evidence-based practices. This
role involves working closely with children, families, and
educational professionals to develop and implement effective
behavior intervention plans. Key Responsibilities Conduct
comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop
individualized behavior intervention plans for clients. Implement
and oversee ABA therapy programs for children with autism spectrum
disorders, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral
challenges. Collaborate with families, teachers, and other
professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
across various settings. Provide ongoing training and support to
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust
treatment plans as needed. Conduct regular progress meetings with
families and stakeholders to discuss treatment outcomes and goals.
Develop and maintain accurate and detailed client records,
including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment reports.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care
and ensure holistic treatment approaches. Stay current with the
latest research and best practices in ABA and behavior therapy.
Advocate for clients' needs within school systems and other
relevant settings. Conduct workshops and training sessions for
parents, educators, and other professionals on behavior management
strategies. Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, HIPAA
regulations, and other relevant professional standards.
QualificationsRequired: Current and valid License as a Behavior
Analyst (LBA) in the state of practice Experience working in
pediatric and/or school settings Proficiency in conducting
functional behavior assessments and developing behavior
intervention plans Strong knowledge of ABA principles and
evidence-based practices in behavior therapy Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
effectively with diverse populations Proficiency in data
collection, analysis, and interpretation Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Strong
organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using
electronic health record systems and behavior data collection
software Preferred: Experience in supervising and mentoring
