Registered Nurse State College, PA Specialty: Labor & Delivery
(L&D) Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay:
$2003 - $2413 | Shift: 3x12 Nights Are you a dedicated Labor &
Delivery nurse eager to make a difference in the lives of mothers

opportunity for you! Our healthcare partner is transitioning from
Meditech to EPIC, and we need your expertise to support this change
while providing exceptional care to childbearing women and their
families. As a Registered Nurse in the Labor & Delivery unit, you
will be responsible for the overall nursing practice, including
assessing the needs of childbearing women and neonates, developing
and implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomes. Your role
will be crucial in ensuring the health and well-being of mothers
and infants during this pivotal time. Provide comprehensive care to
women and infants, focusing on assessment, stabilization, and
education. Develop and implement personalized care plans based on
patient needs and family dynamics. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to support families at risk and promote healthy
family functioning. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for
patients and staff during the transition to EPIC. Stay informed on
professional issues and continuously update your clinical skills.
Requirements: Completion of an accredited registered nurse program.
Current Pennsylvania RN licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification, renewed every two years. Neonatal Resuscitation
Program (NRP) certification, renewed every two years. Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, renewed every two years.
Experience with EPIC systems and willingness to support staff
during the transition. Strong communication skills and ability to
