Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Morgantown, WV Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,894 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position ```htmlJob Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – West Virginia Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: West Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Alternating 3x12-hour shifts (days and nights); 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Highlights: 13-week contract with strong possibility of extension 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 16-bed critical care unit Work with advanced equipment including IABP, Impella, CRRT/SLED dialysis, and continuous EEG monitoring Exposure to diverse critical care cases including post-cardiac surgery, multi-system organ dysfunction, and surgical ICU patients Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams 12-hour orientation with Cerner EMR system; float rotation to step-down and CCU as needed Requirements: Active West Virginia or Compact State RN License (pending license acceptable) Minimum 2 years of registered nurse experience required Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (American Heart Association), and NIHSS TNCC certification preferred Experience with 1:2 patient ratios and community hospital settings Proficiency in critical care skills including arterial line management, ventilator management, cardiac drip titration, and managing advanced cardiac support devices Candidates must reside at least 75-100 miles from the facility location Two professional references from managers or charge nurses within the past two years Strong attendance record; consistent reliability is essential Why It's a Great Opportunity: This ICU position offers the chance to expand your critical care expertise in a dynamic environment with advanced technology and a collaborative care team.
